Threadhopping: If it's cool with the other RPer too then go for it
Fourthwalling: Depends on context; you should probably ask first. tbh I'm not sure many would know of Wy... alternatively, it's possible she knows some American/Australian/British series, but I'll always check it's ok before I have her fourth walling.
Offensive subjects: uhhh I can't think of many... no sexual stuff please, she's got the mind and body of a ten year old. I doubt anything too graphic or whatever would come up, but keep severe violence to a minimum.

Hugging this character: she might be embarrassed and pull away, depending, but yeah, go for it lol
Kissing this character: platonic only, please! same as above
Flirting with this character: not really; she's very young...
Fighting with this character: lol sure, a little fighting's ok; she's a little stronger than the average 9 year old, but still... not that strong! she's scrappy though and might fight dirty
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): if it goes beyond something that could heal over a few days (ie if it's a broken bone or something) I'd prefer to discuss it first.
Killing this character: discuss it with me first, please.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: sure! she might be hiding a few things, depending on who's she's with.
Warnings: Wy is a micronation from the Axis Powers Hetalia series-- as such she embodies the small Principality of Wy in Australia. There may be some (rather minor) references to real people (the royalty of Wy, namely the Prince). I realise that some people might be uncomfortable with that or with Hetalia as a whole, so if you don't want to RP with me for that or whatever reason, please feel free to tell me here and I'll be sure not to tag you.
