IC INFORMATION;
Characters Name: Principality of Wy
Age: Nine. She was "born" on the 15th of November 2004, which makes her one of the few nations to look about as old as she actually is since she biologically and mentally appears somewhere between nine and eleven years old.
Canon: Axis Powers Hetalia
Canon Point: February 2014
Species: Micronation
Gender: Female
Orientation: N/A; I'll pass on this since she's nine and uninterested in romance. She thinks boys are dumb though. I don't know how much this will change in the future, haha.

History: Nation Wiki | Character Wiki
Appearance: Have some images

She's about as tall as an average ten or eleven year old girl, has auburn hair tied into a ponytail on the left of her head, and brown eyes. She has kinda bushy eyebrows, inherited from Australia, who got them from England. And not exactly appearance-wise but for the interested, she has a Sydney Australian accent.

Personality:

Anyone meeting Wy for the first time might notice immediately how self important and mouthy the young girl appears. They'd be right about that assumption, though there's far more to her than that. But Wy is many things, and brash, bossy and boastful are certainly key parts of her personality. She never seems especially eager to make friends. When she meets Sealand for the first time (the first time we see her in the manga), she is not exactly friendly toward him. She scoffs, "Did you think we were buddies?" and tells him she's been recognised and is therefore "totally different from [him]". She comes across as quite dismissive of Sealand, though evidently she already knew of him and his history. Despite the bad first impression, the two do end up being friends, which is presumably in part due to Sealand eagerness and friendliness, but also shows that Wy still wouldn't mind making friends.

She behaved in a similar way when meeting the other micronations. In "A Treasure Box of Countries", a micronation mini event, Sealand arranges a meeting to get to know more micronations, which Wy doesn't seem exactly enthusiastic for. She does admit that she might let another into their group, however, if the new member "was normal... maybe". Wy doesn't seem to really get her wish, calling the majority of the new members "energetic weirdos". She's especially wary of Hutt River joining them, her "senior nation" and a relation she doesn't seem to get along that well with. She doesn't appear to want to make friends at all, though it's understood that she does eventually accept them, and the seven appear together again at later times. These are examples perhaps of the somewhat tsundere tendencies that Wy seems to have. Wy has a habit of being a little contradictory at times, showing tsundere traits (with an emphasis on the tsun). She'll often insist that she doesn't really want to be there with the other micronations, she's just there for her own benefit. But nonetheless she joins in with them-- despite seeing herself as "stuck" with the micronations, being recognised in her own eyes, she grows to enjoy their company somewhat.

It's been said that she shares some traits with her brother, Australia, and though at first glance the two of them might seem quite different, with Australia much more friendly and immature than she is, the two of them do share similar interests and characteristics. Besides the eyebrows she inherited from him, they also both love animals-- particularly the wild (dangerous) Australian kind. Her relationship with Australia is definitely one of a reluctant sibling. She finds it annoying when he lifts her up, and is frustrated with him for still not getting her a driveway, but she cares about him. It's been suggested because of his recognition of Wy that Australia is quite generous with her, so it would not be a stretch to imagine that he dotes and spoils her a bit at times. Because of this, she is pretty used to getting what she wants and can come off as a bit snobby and spoilt in how she interacts with others sometimes.

Wy is only nine years old, which is pretty young for any nation -- of all the characters in Hetalia, Wy is the youngest. To make up for her inexperience though, Wy tends to do her best to act more mature. She has a lot of pride and doesn't really want to be seen as just a child. Despite being the youngest and shortest of the group of micronations, she often gives the impression of being the more mature one of the group. She's usually the voice of reason to Sealand (who's portrayed as something of a leader to them). Because she's technically been recognised by Australia, she believes it's only right that she be "grown up", despite her appearance and actual age. More grown up than the other micronations, certainly. However, she does have moments of childishness, despite this belief. In the Halloween event, for example, she followed Seborga and Sealand's lead and dressed up as a toy (specifically, a doll) along with them-- "Inconspicuous Toy Story", they called themselves. She's willing to have fun with the other micronations, not always acting as grown up as she wishes she were.

A final key point of her personality would probably be her artistic and creative nature. Wy is a very gifted artist, and loves painting and drawing. She can be a bit of a snob toward others when it comes to her artistic pursuits. She's far more likely to respect someone who appreciates art and has a creative side; she's also more likely to be snobbish toward people who dismiss art (particularly her own art). She seemed open to Kugel Mugel and Ladonia when she realised they were both artistic too, however her tone changed a bit when they came over a bit... over energetic and she ended up ringing up Sealand to ask why all boys are "so dumb". So, she's more likely to respect other artists... as long as they don't still annoy her too much.

To sum up, Wy is brash, snobbish and rude at times. She tries to act grown up because that's what she believes she should be doing-- being an adult, being recognised, trying her best at nationhood. But she knows how to have fun, and she does actually enjoy having fun and being childish. When she lets down her pride long enough to try it.

Abilities:

As a nation, even a "micro" one, Wy holds some semi-immortality, in that she'll stay young and alive at least as long as the Principality of Wy, in Sydney, Australia, continues to exist and people continue to identify as a citizen of the micronation. She's somewhat stronger than a regular human too, as all nations are, though not as strong as a fully recognised one. As for none supernatural abilities, she's also a very gifted artist and very creative.

Other: Hmmmmm, can't think of anything.

SAMPLES;

First Person: Test Drive!

Third Person:

Wy wasn't immediately put out when she woke up and saw grass in front of her instead of her warm pillow. Sometimes she fell asleep while painting outside in the garden. She'd even fallen asleep curled up by her possum's log at the end of the garden before. This was the same, right? She groaned, groggy. It was only as she sat up and fully took in her surroundings that her face fell.

Wha--?

This didn't look like her house. Or her street. Was this even Australia? Yeah... Yeah, it must be Australia, but...! Nowhere in Australia she knew...

She stared with wide eyes for a few seconds, taking the area in, before her panic took over. "What the heck?!" She stood, looking horrified. Had she been kidnapped??! She was a nation - a proper one - it wasn't an impossibility that someone mean had taken her hostage! Although she didn't know why she'd been left outside in the garden if that was the case. She looked up at the house, unsure. Perhaps it was just a stupid trick-- her idiot brother trying to play a prank on her! That was what it must be.

Feeling bold with this belief firmly strapped to her, she waltzed into the house. It was a very plain house, which was perhaps a very odd thing to think upon waking up in a place you've never seen before, but it was. It could do with several licks of paint. Maybe some stencils, too. "Hello?" She frowned, looking around the kitchen. "Oz? Are you playing a dumb joke? It's not funny. I wasn't even worried." She couldn't hear or see her brother about, or anyone for that matter, but there was a piece of paper on the (so very bland) kitchen counter.

And well. Reading through the "lease" did not make Wy feel better.

This... had gotta still be a prank. Right?

"O-Oz?!"
